The designer that I admire
The graphic designer
that I admire is Paula Scher because she is one of the most influential graphic
designers in the world and the characteristic of her style is the dynamism
of the typography in the structure.
She has working for
more than thirty years in the Nueva York oficine of Pentagram making the identity
and branding for thousands of companies like Coca-Cola, Bloomberg, Microsoft
and MoMA.
I think her designs
are awesome because I love the way that she uses the typography; is so dynamic,
attractive, striking and vibrant. She knows how to work with so much
information, put all in a poster and make a piece of art were you can read
without problems all the information that you need about an specific event.
One of the phrases
that I like of her is: “The identities are the beginning of everything. They
are how something is recognized and understood. What could be better than that?”,
I think that this is so true…because the identity is the essence of someone or something,
is how you recognize the work line of the company, who will be the user, the objectives,
if this would be formal or more casual and so much other things that are equal
in importance. I hope one day I can make my own identity to be recognized in my
area.
Well,
good bye. I hope I don’t bore you and you like it.

i agree with you the identy is the essence of someone or something because it will make you unique and unmatched
